I know what you're thinking... do you throw real axes? Yes, you throw real axes at a real target. The simulation is projected onto the target, and the score is kept automatically in real time. You get to choose from the 18 games we offer. With 4 bays holding up to 6 players per bay, this is axe-throwing fun for the entire family.

Games and How to Play

Can I Bring My Own Axe

You may bring your own axe, but a C&H employee must inspect it for safety and ensure it complies with WATL guidelines.

Rules And Regulations

  

Rules for axe throwing:

  1. Only ONE person throwing an axe at a time per lane.
  2. Only ONE axe out of the box at any given time per lane.
  3. NO double throwing axes. NO exceptions.
  4. Remain entirely behind the throwing line until the thrown axe comes to a complete stop.
  5. Throw the axe with one or two hands so that the blade faces the target before release.
  6. One foot must remain on the floor during throws.
  7. Waivers are required for all participants.
  8. Obey the Axe Coaches' commands at all times.
  9. No open-toed shoes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  10. Never handle or throw an axe until given permission by an Axe Coach.
  11. Only overhand, one or two-hand throws are permitted.
  12. Do not step over the throwing line before the axe hits or misses the target.
  13. When the thrower is done, he/she must return the axe to the proper location, and the next thrower is to grab the axe from said location. DO NOT pass the axe to      one another.
